Variomag-USA Warranty Policy

All products must be eligible for warranty repair or replacement and processed pursuant to the Variomag-USA Terms & Conditions and this Variomag-USA Warranty Policy before any repair or replacement will be accepted or issued. 

This Variomag-USA Warranty Policy applies only to product warranty repairs and replacements.  For product returns, please see the Variomag-USA Return Policy for more information.  If you received products damaged during shipment, please contact the carrier for further instructions.  All claims for products damaged during shipment must be filed directly with the carrier. 

For a product warranty or replacement, please complete the following steps:

Step No. 1:  Determine Eligibility For Warranty Repair or Replacement.  Determine whether the product is eligible for warranty repair or replacement.  To be eligible for warranty repair or replacement, ALL of the following guidelines must be accurate:

1.  The product has not been damaged or rendered defective as a result of:  (i) misuse, including, but not limited to, use other than as is customary, normal, or intended or improper installation, maintenance, operation, testing, service, or storage; (ii) abuse, accident, or neglect; (iii) alteration or modification, including, but not limited to, unauthorized repairs or replacements; (iv) failure to follow instructions in operation manual; or (iv) other similar occurrences.

2.  The product has been paid in full.

3.  The product was sold to customer with a warranty.

4.  The warranty claim is made to and the product is received by Variomag-USA within the warranty period, as more particularly set forth when the product was sold to customer.

5.  The product has not been exposed to any contamination, hazards, and/or hazardous materials/substances or has been effectively decontaminated, as more particularly described in this Variomag-USA Warranty Policy and the Variomag-USA Product Warranty Form & Safety Declaration.

The product will be inspected upon arrival at Variomag-USA to confirm that ALL of the foregoing guidelines are accurate.  If ALL of the foregoing guidelines are not accurate, then the product is NOT eligible for warranty repair or replacement. Further, warranty repairs or replacements will NOT be accepted if the product has been exposed to any contamination/hazards, including, but not limited to: (i) Biosafety Level 1 and 2 environments (without effective decontamination); (ii) Biosafety Level 3 or 4 environments (regardless of decontamination); (iii) human/animal blood/fluids/matter (without effective decontamination); or (iv) biological, carcinogenic, chemical, radioactive, and/or other contamination, hazards, and/or hazardous materials/substances (without effective decontamination), all as more particularly described in this Variomag-USA Warranty Policy and the Variomag-USA Product Warranty Form & Safety Declaration.

Step No. 2:  Complete Variomag-USA Product Warranty Form & Safety Declaration.  Complete the Variomag-USA Product Warranty Form & Safety Declaration.  Incomplete forms will not be accepted. 

Step No. 3:  Submit Variomag-USA Product Warranty Form & Safety Declaration to Obtain Warranty Authorization Number. Submit the Variomag-USA Product Warranty Form & Safety Declaration to obtain a Warranty Authorization Number: (i) by email at Warranty@Variomag.com; or (ii) by facsimile at 1.386.760.0960.

Step No. 4:  Enter Warranty Authorization Number on Variomag-USA Product Warranty Form & Safety Declaration and ship product to Variomag-USA.  Enter the Warranty Authorization Number on the Variomag-USA Product Warranty Form & Safety Declaration and ship the product to Variomag-USA to the address provided.  ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE, include the Variomag-USA Product Warranty Form & Safety Declaration.  Please note that failure to do so will result in rejection of the package, as Variomag-USA service personnel are strictly forbidden to open any package without the Variomag-USA Product Warranty Form & Safety Declaration on the outside.  customer, at sole expense of customer, shall be responsible for and bear the risk of loss for any products shipped to Variomag-USA, including, but not limited to, shipping and insurances costs, expenses, and fees.  A trackable shipping method and insurance is required for any products shipped to Variomag-USA, with no exceptions or exclusions.

Step No. 5:  Await Processing of the Warranty Repair or Replacement.  Once the product is received by Variomag-USA and the warranty repair or replacement has been accepted and processed, a warranty repair or replacement will be issued to the Billed To party on the original bill of lading, less any applicable fee, including any shipping and insurance costs, expenses, and fees.  Variomag-USA, in its sole and complete discretion, will repair or replace a product eligible for warranty repair or replacement at no charge provided that the product is eligible for warranty repair or replacement and customer has complied with the Variomag-USA Terms & Conditions and this Variomag-USA Warranty Policy. 

WARRANTY REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENTS APPLY ONLY TO PRODUCTS WITH DEFECTS IN MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP.  COMPANY MAKES NO AND EXPRESSLY EXCLUDES ANY AND ALL OTHER EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.   

Variomag-USA reserves the right to reject any package or product warranty repair or replacement for failure to comply with this Variomag-USA Warranty Policy or the Variomag-USA Terms & Conditions.

Any products not eligible for warranty repair or replacement and/or not submitted pursuant to the Variomag-USA Terms & Conditions and this Variomag-USA Warranty Policy will be: (i) shipped back to customer, at sole expense of customer (if customer shipping account number is on file); or (ii) held by Variomag-USA for a period of thirty (30) days until customer provides payment for shipment back to customer (if no customer shipping account number is on file) and may, in the sole discretion of Variomag-USA, be disposed of after such time, without warranty repair or replacement to customer and without liability to Variomag-USA (if customer does not provide payment for shipment back to customer within such time).

The Variomag-USA Terms & Conditions are incorporated into this Variomag-USA Warranty Policy by reference.
