Especially for chemical and bio-technological processes, where it is an advantage to be able to stir in a sterile manner and free of vibrations, without additional aperture, stirring shaft, or shaft exit, directly within a vessel - even in vessels with bottom drains. In this way, nothing can enter the vessel through the stirring drive and contaminate its valuable content. The stirring drive, which is remotely controlled by a TELEMODUL 40 M control unit, by a TELEMODUL 80 M if more stirring power is required, is mounted directly below vessels or containers. These stirring drives are ideal for round-bottomed flasks as well as round and cylindric glass receptacles, with or without heating jacket, possessing a bottom drain. This means that this magnetic stirrer is suitable, for instance, for stirring a heated vacuum distillation column. Aluminum or stainless steel vessels can be used as well. OEM versions for integration are available on request. |
