The MOBIL series of VARIOMAG magnetic stirring systems are designed for large single stirring volumes of 5 - 600 litres. The consist of a high powered magnetic stirring drive and a separate control unit. These industrial stirrers are driven by disk rotors and may be used either as fixed or mobile work stations. The mobile version is obtained by attaching the drive to a stand fitted with rollers. The heavy vessels then remain on the floor (easy handling) and the control unit can be operated conveniently from a bench. Even with these high-powered industrial stirrers, the magnetic drive only runs on a safe low voltage. There is the choice of two possible control units. There are special accessories to broaden the range of applications and make operation more convenient.

Magnetic drive MOBIL 200

Powerful magnetic stirring drive for large vessels up to 200 litres. the MOBIL 200 has a maximum capacity of 100 kg (without the stand) but is only 80 mm high and hermetically encapsulated in a stainless steel housing. The use of advanced magnetic materials in a flat pole arrangement enables maximum torque to be transmitted to the stirring rod. Thus a strong stirring action is obtained even in thick walled vessels or across quite large distances. The speed stays constant even if the load changes. Can be operated either with the TELEMODUL 40 M control unit for normal stirring tasks or with the TELEMODUL 80 M for more difficult ones.

MOBIL 200

Magnetic drive MOBIL 600

Our strongest magnetic drive. The same design as the MOBIL 200 but with a much larger standing surface and a maximum capacity of 200 kg. The more power for centring the stirring rod makes the MOBIL 600 suitable for large containers with stirring volumes up to 600 litres. Can be used under aggressive production conditions, in damp rooms and outdoors. A height-adjustable pedestal provides stability. Operated like the MOBIL 200 with TELEMODUL 40 M or TELEMODUL 80 M control units.

Special control units for operating MOBIL 200 and MOBIL 600 magnetic drives. Automatic centering and acceleration with an adjustable starting time make operation easy. Quick stop button for promptly slowing down the stirring and immediately stopping the stirring rod. Constant speeds, independent of viscosity, with a rotation speed display. Stirring may be continuous or intermittent. Safeguards against overheating and electrical overloading, with malfunction indicators.
